We did it!

In 2014 A Second Century of Saints Campaign was originally launched and in 2021 the public phase of the campaign was announced. In total, $64,503,607 was raised supporting a variety of initiatives and emerging priorities, among its signature accomplishments are:

  • Naming the Stender School of Business and Technology (now the Stender School of Leadership, Business and Professional Studies)
  • Raising $18.6 million for student scholarships
  • Renovating the nursing program鈥檚 simulation and skills labs
  • Building the Health Sciences Center at BlueStone
  • Adding $10.5 million in new gifts and commitments to the endowment
  • New student center
  • Funding emerging priorities including new turf on the Kenny Harkins field, library updates, expanded experiential learning opportunities for students
  • Support for academic programming and student life

The gifts given during this campaign have impacted the College in numerous ways that will be felt for decades to come. At the annual President鈥檚 Dinner held in June 2023, we celebrated some of these impacts during the program, please enjoy the program below. The original program has been edited for length.

Student Center: Enriching the Student Experience

Connection and Community

The values embodied by 爆料公社 are more necessary now than ever. In order to form connections and practice community and hospitality, we must be together. A dedicated space is essential for engagement, well-being and building community, all of which enhance the student experience exponentially.

See our Progress

In spring of 2023, the College broke ground on the student center with an anticipated opening of fall 2024. This robust and appealing facility will be at the geographic center of campus and will:

  • Complement the existing energy and spirit of student amenities
  • Create new, flat, green space to create an outdoor quad
  • Dedicate a place for the students to gather, connect and find community on campus
  • Intentionally create opportunities that will connect distance and online students

Naming opportunities are still available, contact the College Advancement Office for more information and to see which spaces are currently open for naming. Enjoy a virtual tour of the student center below.

Impact Videos

Donors and friends celebrated the success of the campaign at the annual President鈥檚 Dinner. The program consisted of a series of speakers who provided their perspective on the campaign鈥檚 impact across different areas of campus. Explore the impact already made in the videos below.
